Okay, so I was totally sucked into Xenoblade Chronicles the other day, and I hit this quest where I had to choose between helping Andrea or Monica. It felt like a HUGE decision at the time, you know?
Getting Started – The Dilemma
I started by just running around, exploring as usual. Then, BAM! I stumbled upon this quest. Basically, both Andrea and Monica needed my help, and I could only pick one. I was like, “Seriously? Why do you do this to me, game?!”
Digging Deeper – What I Did
First, I tried talking to both of them a bunch of times. I figured maybe I could get some extra clues, or maybe even a way to help both (wishful thinking, I know). No luck there, they were both pretty insistent that I had to choose.
- Talk, talk, talk: I exhausted all the dialogue options with both Andrea and Monica. Trying to be sneaky and find a loophole.
- Run around: Checked the areas, trying the area, checking if it can find any items, or something like this.
- Make Decision: Consider all the factor, then made my choose.
Making the Choice – Ugh, the Pressure!
I was going for the ‘good guy’, so finally I pick up the one I think is better.
And… that’s it. Seriously. The game just kinda moved on. I guess, I was done all steps and I made it.
