Okay, here’s my blog post about the “Wuthering Waves” release:
So, I’ve been hyped for “Wuthering Waves” for a while now. I first heard about it months ago, and I started digging around for any info I could get my hands on. At first it was pretty difficult to find anything at all, so I just kept checking for news every so often.
Then, I finally found something about the initial release. I started to carefully follow the information about this game. I discovered that it was released globally on May 22nd. I remember seeing that the Japan Standard Time was 7:00 PM on May 22nd, and the Australian Eastern Standard Time was 8:00 PM on the same day. That’s cool, so it was released already. I marked my calendar, and planned to play it as soon as possible.
I didn’t stop there, though. I kept up with the news because I wanted to be ready for any updates, and I heard rumors about a 2.0 version. I kept digging into the details. It was tough, but I eventually stumbled upon some juicy details. I finally found the info I was looking for, and saw the different time zones listed. It seems like “Wuthering Waves” 2.0 is going to drop on January 1st, 2025, at 6:00 PM PST. Other time zones are listed too, like 7:00 PM MST and so on.
- Pacific Standard Time (PST): January 1, 2025, 6 PM
- Mountain Standard Time (MST): January 1, 2025, 7 PM
- Central Standard Time (CST): January 1, 2025…well, somewhere after that, I guess.
The official word is that the “Wuthering Waves 2.0” update will be out worldwide on January 2nd, 2025, which is the exact date I will be setting my calendar for. I even saw something about it coming to PS5 on that date, too. And apparently, there are pre-order bundles available. I’ll have to look into those!
This whole thing was a bit of a rollercoaster. I went from knowing nothing to having a pretty good idea of when the new version will arrive. I’m excited to try out version 1.0 since I haven’t gotten around to it yet, and I’m super pumped for 2.0!
