Then I got into the nitty-gritty of the drop rates themselves. At the beginning, the base drop rate is kinda low, like 6%. But as you level up your Data Dock, it goes up. I managed to get mine to Data Dock Level 10, which bumped the base rate to 20%. Not bad, huh?

I saw in a screenshot someone shared, that at Data Dock LV 18, they have a 90% enhanced drop rate, which is crazy. Like 90% of the time, these Calamity or Overlord monsters will likely drop an Echo. Even at my level, I was getting more of those higher-level Echoes than usual. But once I hit that 15-boss limit, it was back to the regular drop rates. And let me tell you, it’s a noticeable difference.
So, what’s the takeaway here? Well, this enhanced drop rate thing is a pretty cool mechanic. It definitely helps with getting those top-tier skills. But, you gotta be smart about it. Plan your boss runs, keep track of your resets, and make sure you’re hitting those bosses before the weekly reset. And remember, it refreshes daily as part of the daily server reset, which takes place every Monday at 4 AM (server time). At least I got the hang of it at DB LV8.
