Alright, let’s talk about that time I went to WrestleMania 29. It was back in 2013, and man, what an experience!

Getting There
First off, I booked my tickets way in advance. I mean, this was WrestleMania, you gotta plan ahead! Then, I sorted out the travel and a place to stay near MetLife Stadium in New Jersey. I remember flying in and the whole area was buzzing with wrestling fans. It was awesome, everyone was so hyped up.
The Day Of
On the day of the event, April 7th, I woke up super early. Couldn’t sleep, too excited! I put on my favorite wrestling t-shirt and headed out. I took the train to the stadium, and it was packed with fans. We were all chanting and cheering, it felt like we were part of something huge.
At The Stadium
Once I got to MetLife Stadium, the atmosphere was electric. I walked around, soaking it all in. There were so many fans, all wearing different shirts, holding signs, it was a sea of wrestling fans. I even snapped some photos to remember the moment.
The Matches
- First, I watched The Miz go up against Wade Barrett for the Intercontinental Championship. It was a great match to start the pre-show, and The Miz actually won!
- Then, there was The Shield, those guys were awesome. They faced off against Big Show and Randy Orton, and they totally dominated.
I was glued to my seat for every match. Everyone around me was screaming and yelling.
The Main Event
Then it was the main event, the one everyone was waiting for. The whole stadium was shaking with excitement. You won’t believe who won the WWE title on that night – John Cena. The crowd went wild. I lost my voice from all the cheering.

Leaving the Stadium
After the main event, I hung around for a bit, just taking it all in. Then I made my way back to the train station. It was crowded, but everyone was in such a good mood. I ended up chatting with some other fans about the event. We all agreed it was one of the best WrestleManias ever.
Reflecting
Looking back, WrestleMania 29 was an incredible experience. I got to see some amazing matches, felt the energy of the crowd, and just had a blast. It’s definitely one of those memories I’ll cherish forever. If you’re a wrestling fan, you gotta go to WrestleMania at least once in your life!
