Okay, so I’ve been messing around with these two quarterbacks, Kyler Murray and Josh Allen, in my fantasy league and also just watching games, trying to figure out who I like better long term. It’s a tough call, honestly!

I started by looking at their stats from last season. You know, just digging into the basic stuff like passing yards, touchdowns, interceptions – all that jazz. I also checked out their rushing stats since both guys are known for using their legs.
Digging into the Numbers
I spent a good chunk of time on various sports websites, pulling up their game logs and season totals. I made a simple table in my notebook to compare them side-by-side:
- Passing Yards: Comparing their total passing yards for the season and per game.
- Touchdowns: Both passing and rushing touchdowns were noted.
- Interceptions: Keeping track of how often they turned the ball over.
- Rushing Yards: Examining their total rushing yards and average yards per carry.
- Completion Percentage: for a better sense of overall accuracy.
Then I started watching some game highlights. Stats are cool, but they don’t always tell the whole story, right? I wanted to see their playing styles with my own eyes.
With Kyler, I am noticing how incredibly quick and elusive he is. The way he extends plays and avoids sacks is really something. I saw him make some unbelievable throws on the run.
As for Josh Allen, his arm strength is just ridiculous. I watched him launch some bombs downfield that made my jaw drop. He’s also a bigger dude, so he’s harder to bring down in the pocket and can run through defenders more.

After all this, I’m still kinda torn! Both are insanely talented.
For a pure, consistent runner, it feels like Allen. But for speed and agility, Murray takes the edge.
It really depends on what you are lookin for, I guess!
