Okay, so I got curious about this whole UFL thing, you know, the new football league? I kept seeing stuff about it and was like, “Who actually owns this?” So, I did what any curious person would do – I started digging!

My Little Investigation
First, I just did a simple search. I mean, that’s where you start, right? I typed in “who owns the UFL football league” and started reading.
It took a bit of reading through different articles, it gets confusing fast,I found out it’s not just one person pulling all the strings.
Then I read some * is a merger of equals between the XFL and USFL, the new United Football League (UFL) is set to debut on March 30, 2024.
Putting the Pieces Together
So, from what I gathered, the ownership is split between a few key players:
- 50% ownership:USFL’s controlling FOX Sports.
- 50% ownership:XFL’s controlling Dany Garcia, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and RedBird Capital Partners.
UFL is a product of merge,so it’s not owned by only a single * risk is also splited.

I gotta say, it was a bit more complicated than I expected! But hey, now I know, and now you know too. It’s always fun to learn something new, right?
