Okay, so I was super curious about Tiger Woods’ lowest score ever, and you won’t believe what I found out! I did some digging around, and it turns out it’s way lower than I expected.

My Digging Process Started
First, I hit up the usual spots – you know, the big sports websites. I was scrolling through tons of articles, trying to find something concrete. It was all tournament scores and stuff, but I wanted to know his absolute lowest ever.
Then it hit me – what about looking beyond official tournaments? So I started searching for things like “Tiger Woods practice rounds” and “Tiger Woods casual games.”
The Discovery!
And BAM! There it was. Apparently, back in 1997, just a week before he crushed it at the Masters, he shot a mind-blowing 59! I was floored. I mean, 59? That’s insane!
- When: April 4, 1997 (like, right before his first Masters win!)
- Where: Isleworth, his home course in Florida.
Putting it all together.
I double-checked a few different sources, and they all said the same thing. 59 at Isleworth. Can you imagine shooting a 59? At your local course? It’s crazy to think that even outside of the pressure of a major tournament, he was capable of something that amazing. It really shows the level of skill and dedication to practice he had.
So, yeah, Tiger Woods’ lowest score? A casual 59. Unbelievable.
