Okay, so today I decided to dive into the world of baseball, specifically focusing on Cuban baseball coaches. I’ve always been fascinated by the success of Cuban baseball, so I wanted to see what I could dig up about the people leading these teams.

My Research Process
First, I started with a broad search, just to get a feel for the landscape. I typed in “Cuban baseball coaches” and see what popped up.
Then, I tried to narrow down my search. I added terms like “famous,” “successful,” and “national team” to my searches, hoping to find some specific names and stories.
I spent a good chunk of time just reading through articles and blog posts. I wanted to get a sense of the general coaching philosophies and strategies used in Cuban baseball.
I also looked for any interviews or profiles of individual coaches. I figured hearing directly from them would be the best way to understand their approach.
I found a few coaches’ names,I wanted to know their traning style.

It was a bit of a slow * took me longer than I thought.
