Okay, so I finally decided to tackle the “Wuthering Waves” Sol-3 phase thing today. I’d been putting it off, honestly, because it looked kinda intimidating.

First, I gathered my best resonators. You know, the ones I’ve been leveling up and actually putting some decent echoes on. I figured a good mix of damage and support would be key, so I went with my main DPS, a healer, and a support character who can buff attack.
Then, I jumped into the challenge. The first couple of waves were pretty standard. Nothing I hadn’t seen before. Just your usual mobs that go down fairly easily if you keep the pressure on. I made sure to use my intro skills to fill the concerto energy quickly.
- Focus on dodging. Some of those attacks hit hard.
- Conserve my ultimate skills for the bigger enemies.
- Switch characters frequently to maximize skill rotations.
The boss showed up. This thing was a beast! Seriously, it had these wide-sweeping attacks that were a pain to dodge. I spent a good chunk of the fight just running around, trying not to get smacked. I quickly realized I needed to use my long-range attacks as a advantage.
My First Failure(and many more…)
I died. Multiple times, like ten times. Yeah, it was rough. I got frustrated, not gonna lie. But I kept trying, tweaking my team, and changing the order that I used different echo skill.
The breakthrough finally came when I paid more attention to its attack patterns. This one move, where it charges up and slams the ground? Turns out, there’s a small window where you can get behind it and unleash a full combo. So, I started baiting that attack, dodging at the last second, and then going all-out with my strongest skills.

Finally, after what felt like forever, I beat it! The relief was amazing. I actually cheered a little. It’s not the most elegant strategy, and I’m sure there are better ways to do it, but hey, I got it done!
