Okay, so today I decided to dive deep into something I’ve been meaning to check out for ages: Undertaker’s WrestleMania streak. I mean, the guy’s a legend, right? But I wanted to really see it, experience the whole thing from start to finish. So, that’s what I did.

Getting Started
First, I grabbed a pen and notebook. Gotta keep track of this stuff, you know? Then, I fired up my laptop. My plan was simple: watch every single one of Undertaker’s WrestleMania matches, in order.
The Matches
- WrestleMania VII: Jimmy Snuka. Okay, this was early Undertaker. Creepy, slow, but effective. He just squashed Snuka.
- WrestleMania VIII: Jake “The Snake” Roberts. This one was cool. Roberts was always a favorite of mine, but Undertaker was just too much. I scribbled down some notes about how intimidating Undertaker’s presence was, even back then.
- WrestleMania IX: Giant Gonzalez. Ugh, this match was… something. Gonzalez was HUGE, but not exactly a great wrestler. It was more of a spectacle than a match, really. Still, Undertaker won, so the streak continued. I wrote down: “Painful to watch, but a win’s a win.”
- …and so on…
I kept going like this, match after match. Some were amazing (like the ones with Shawn Michaels, those were EPIC!), others were okay, and a few were just plain bad. But I powered through them all. I jotted down notes about each match, the opponent, the key moments, and how Undertaker won. My handwriting got messier as the day went on, fueled by coffee and pure wrestling obsession.
The End of the Streak (and Beyond)
Then came WrestleMania XXX. Brock Lesnar. I knew it was coming, but it still hit me hard. Seeing the streak broken was… weird. It felt like a part of wrestling history just vanished. I circled that entry in my notebook about a million times.
But, Undertaker kept wrestling at WrestleMania after that. More wins, another loss (to Roman Reigns). I documented it all. The whole journey, from the beginning to the very end.
Final Thoughts
It took me all day, but I finally finished. My notebook is full of scribbles, my eyes are tired, but man, it was worth it. I feel like I really understand the magnitude of Undertaker’s WrestleMania legacy now. It’s more than just a number; it’s a collection of stories, moments, and incredible performances. I closed my notebook, pretty satisfied with my day of wrestling research. Gonna need a break before I tackle something like that again!
