Alright, so you wanna know about this Tyreek Hill fella and how fast he runs, huh? They call it the “40 time,” whatever that means. Sounds like some city folks’ nonsense to me, but I’ll tell ya what I know.
This Tyreek kid, they say he’s somethin’ else on that football field. Runs like a scalded dog, I tell ya! Folks keep talkin’ ’bout how fast he is, faster than a greased piglet, I reckon.
Now, I ain’t never seen him run myself, but I heard tell he clocked a 4.29 in that 40 thing. That’s mighty fast, even for a young whippersnapper like him. Imagine chasin’ a chicken that fast – you’d catch it for sure!
- They say he ran super-fast in high school too. Something like 20 seconds in some longer run, and 10-ish seconds in a shorter one. Don’t ask me what them meters are, I measure things in arm lengths and paces!
- And just this year, they say he ran even faster in some indoor thing. 6.7 seconds, they said. Faster than a blink, that is!
Folks are always jabberin’ on about how he’s the fastest fella in football, or one of ‘em anyway. They even got him in some top-five list of them “wide receiver” fellas. Don’t know what that is neither, but it sounds important.
Some folks were sayin’ he even outrun that soccer fella, Mbappe or somethin’. Beat him by a whole second, they say. That’s a long time when you’re runnin’, I tell ya. Like waitin’ for the kettle to boil, but faster.
Now, they didn’t measure his speed with all them pads and helmets and such. Just him runnin’ free, like a wild horse. And they got different times for him startin’ from standin’ still and startin’ already movin’. Confusin’, ain’t it?
But it all boils down to this: Tyreek Hill is fast. Real fast. Faster than most anyone you ever did see. That speed helps him catch that there football, I guess. Makes sense, if you gotta run away from them big ol’ fellas tryin’ to tackle ya.
They say he didn’t even do that Combine thing where all them young fellas show off their runnin’ and jumpin’. Didn’t need to, I reckon. Everyone already knew he was fast as lightning.
So, this “40 time” of his, 4.29 seconds they say. That’s what all the fuss is about. And from what I hear, he deserves all the fuss he gets. He’s a speedy one, that Tyreek Hill.
