Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Wuthering Waves lately, and one thing that really caught my attention was the crafting system for weapons. I mean, who doesn’t love forging their own gear? So, I decided to get my hands dirty and see what I could whip up.

First things first, I needed blueprints. I spent some time scouring the open world, completing quests, and tackling those tough challenges. It felt like a real treasure hunt! Eventually, I started to collect a decent amount of blueprints for some 4-star weapons. These seemed like a good starting point, not too easy, but not ridiculously hard to get either.
Next up, the materials. Oh boy, this was a grind. I had to farm a bunch of different resources. I’m talking about running around, fighting monsters, collecting stuff from plants, and mining ores. It took a while, and my inventory was constantly overflowing, but I was determined.
- Shell Credits, you always need a bunch of these, easy to get, but you gonna need a lot.
- Those pesky monster drops, spend a lot of time just battling aginst same type of monster again and again.
- Ores and plants, gotta explore the whole map.
Once I had everything,I went to the crafting bench in Jinzhou. The interface was pretty straightforward. Just select the blueprint, throw in the required materials, and boom, weapon crafting initiated!
The Crafting Begins
I started with a sword. I double-checked that I had all the needed materials like the Standard Weapon Mold, and the right amount of those crystals and monster bits. Put everything and started to craft. Wait for the progress bar finishes.
And then, I had my crafted 4-star sword! Honestly, the feeling of wielding a weapon I made myself was pretty awesome. I immediately went out to test it on some unfortunate monsters. It felt good, a noticeable improvement over the basic weapons I had been using. And I tried serveral times on the same weapon blueprint, the weapon states came out a bit differently, some good some bad, totally random.

I repeated this process for a few other weapon types – a pistol, a gauntlet, and even a broadblade. Each one had its own unique material requirements, so it was back to the grind for each new weapon. But hey, that’s part of the fun, right?
So, that’s my crafting adventure in Wuthering Waves so far. I’m still exploring the system, trying out different blueprints, and figuring out the best way to gather materials efficiently. It’s a rewarding experience, and I’m excited to see what other powerful weapons I can create down the line!
