So, I was messing around online the other day, trying to figure out who’s backing Tiger Woods these days. You know, the golf legend? It’s kind of a big deal, seeing as how he’s like, the richest athlete ever. Turns out, things have changed a bit in that department.
Ditching Nike, Embracing TaylorMade
First off, I found out that Tiger’s not with Nike anymore. Yeah, you heard that right. They were together for like, 27 years! I mean, he started his whole pro golf thing with them back in ’96. But, they split up in January 2024.
Now, he’s teamed up with TaylorMade. They even launched a new brand together called Sun Day Red. Sounds pretty fancy, huh?
Digging into the Gear
Then I got curious about what gear he’s using now. I discovered he’s rocking some new TaylorMade clubs. It says online he’s got this Qi10 LS driver and a Qi10 Tour fairway wood. I don’t know much about the specifics, but I’m sure it’s all top-of-the-line stuff.
- Woods is using TaylorMade’s Qi10 LS driver.
- He’s also using a Qi10 Tour fairway wood.
Beyond the Green
While I was researching, I also stumbled upon some info about Tiger’s other ventures. Apparently, he’s the founder and CEO of this company called TGR. It’s like an umbrella for all his different projects, including golf course design, a charity foundation, and even an events company. The guy’s got his hands in a lot of different pots!
- TGR Design: This is his golf course design company.
- The TGR Foundation: That’s his charitable foundation.
- TGR Live: They’re an events production company.
- The Woods Jupiter: And this is one of his restaurants.
So yeah, that’s what I learned about Tiger Woods’ sponsors and his other stuff. It’s pretty interesting to see how things have changed for him, especially with the whole Nike and TaylorMade switch-up. He’s definitely keeping busy, both on and off the course!
