Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this fantasy football dilemma for a while now, and I gotta share my whole thought process. It’s been a real head-scratcher: Tee Higgins or Jordan Addison?
First, I started by looking at their overall stats from last season. You know, just getting a general feel for their performance. Higgins had some solid games, but he also had some where he kinda disappeared. Addison, being a rookie, was a bit more up and down, which is understandable.
Digging Deeper
Then, I decided to dive into more specific stuff. I checked out their targets, receptions, yards, and touchdowns, of course. But I also looked at things like their average depth of target (aDOT) and their yards after catch (YAC). Trying to see how they were actually being used on the field.
- Higgins: Seemed like more of a consistent, possession-type receiver.
- Addison: Showed flashes of being a real deep threat, but also had some drops.
After staring at all that I realize it’s hard.
The Quarterback Situation
Next, I considered their quarterback situations. Higgins is with Burrow, which is obviously amazing. Addison, well, he’s got a bit of a question mark at QB right now in * makes me think about how stable QB could influce the final result.
Team Offenses
I also thought about the overall offenses they’re in. The Bengals are usually pretty high-powered, while the Vikings,with Kirk gone,might be a bit harder than before.
Gut Feeling
Finally, after all that research and overthinking, I went with my gut feeling. I just have, you know, a vibe on this one. Both players are talented, but, when I imagine it, it looks clearer to me.
The Result
I eventually chose Jordan Addison.
I think. He has huge upside, and even though there’s some risk with the QB situation, I’m betting on his talent to shine through. It just made my choice more reasonable.
It was a tough one, and I might be totally wrong, but that’s part of the fun of fantasy football, right? We’ll see how it plays out!
