Okay, so I’ve been trying to get a perfect score on this “Take the Blank Score” challenge in Genshin Impact. It’s been driving me nuts! Let me tell you about my journey.

Day 1: Total Failure
I jumped right in, thinking, “How hard can it be?” Turns out, very hard. My first few attempts were a disaster. I completely underestimated the timing and precision needed. I was missing notes left and right, my combo kept breaking, and I ended up with a score that was, well, embarrassing.
Day 2: Getting the Hang of It
After licking my wounds, I decided to actually pay attention to the tutorials. I spent some time practicing the rhythm and getting used to the patterns. It was still tough, but I started to see some improvement. My scores were going up, and I managed to keep a decent combo for a little while. It felt like I at least understood some of the game.
Day 3: Practice Makes Perfect (Almost)
Today, I was determined. I spent a solid hour just practicing. And practicing and practiceing. My fingers were starting to ache, but I was finally getting consistent “Perfect” hits. I learned to anticipate the notes and tap at that moment. I even managed to get a full combo on a couple of easier sections!
Day 4: The Little Things Matter.
- Calibrate Your Settings: The Game setting need to be adjust to your own style, I found out that adjusting the audio latency and input delay made a huge difference. Who knew?!
- Focus: No distractions! I turned off my phone notifications and played in a quiet room. I can’t handle any interuption!
- Listen to the Music: Really paying attention to the beat helped me time my taps better. I felt that close my eyes will also help me to concentrate.
Day 5: So Close!
I’m still not quite there yet, but I’m so close to getting that perfect score. I can feel it! My highest score is now just a few points shy of perfect. I’m making a few tiny mistakes, but I know I can iron those out with a bit more practice. It will be done.
This whole thing has been a real test of patience and persistence. But it’s also been kind of fun, in a frustrating, “I’m going to beat this thing” kind of way. Wish me luck!
