Alright, so I kept hearing whispers about this Southern Nameless Mausoleum. Sounded important, maybe? Or maybe just another place to get walloped. Curiosity got the better of me, as usual. Had to go find it. Problem was, ‘south’ is kinda vague, right?

So, hopped on Torrent. Good ol’ Torrent. Started from near the Stormgate, I think? Headed down towards that Bridge of Sacrifice. You know the one, always a pain with those ballista things and soldiers milling about. Seriously annoying. Sometimes I just charge through, sometimes I try to be clever. This time? Mostly charging, haha.
Got across into the Weeping Peninsula. Man, that place lives up to its name. Always drizzling. Felt a bit aimless for a while, just riding south-ish. Passed the road signs pointing to Castle Morne way down at the bottom, definitely wasn’t going there yet. Too much trouble down there. I kinda just… wandered west towards the cliffs, hoping for the best.
Took a wrong turn or two, ended up fighting some of those weird demi-human things in some ruins I didn’t care about. That’s how it goes, right? Get sidetracked by shiny things or angry mobs. Anyway, eventually got back on track, following the cliffs northwards a bit from the southern tip. You gotta look up, that’s the trick. These things are often perched high up.
And then, bingo. Saw this blocky stone building sitting on a plateau. Looked kinda lonely up there. Getting to it involved some typical clumsy platforming – you know, jumping with Torrent, hoping you don’t fall into oblivion. Some bats were involved. Why is it always bats?
Made it to the door. Big, heavy, the usual deal. Pried it open. Inside? Dark, spooky. And yup, sure enough, a boss. One of those floaty, teleporting Cemetery Shade guys. Fast little bugger. Gave me a bit of grief, not gonna lie. Dodging like a maniac.

Finally put him down. Got some ashes, I think? Honestly, sometimes the reward feels kinda meh for the effort. But hey, another checklist item ticked off. Found the spooky southern mausoleum. It’s there, on the west cliffs of the Weeping Peninsula, north of Castle Morne but south of the main bridge. Just gotta ride around and look up. Easy peasy… sort of. Now, what trouble should I get into next?
