Alright, so you wanna know about this Paul Skenes fella and his girlfriend, huh? Well, lemme tell ya what I heard. Folks been yappin’ about ’em, seems like they’re a pretty big deal.

Heard tell they went to some fancy event, all dressed up. Livvy in a pretty dress, Paul lookin’ dapper in a suit. They make a good-lookin’ pair, gotta admit. Reminds me of me and my old man back in the day, when we’d go to the town dance. He’d wear his best suit, and I’d put on my prettiest dress. Course, our clothes weren’t as fancy as these young folks wearin’ nowadays.
They seem happy, that’s what matters. Livvy’s always talkin’ about how supportive Paul is. He helps her out, keeps her spirits up. That’s important, you know. Life’s hard enough as it is, you need someone in your corner. My old man, he was always my rock. Through thick and thin, he was always there for me. Some folks say they had a little awkward hug moment once. Seems like Livvy went in for a cheek kiss, and Paul didn’t quite get it. Well, that happens, don’t it? Even the fanciest folks get their wires crossed sometimes. Reminds me of the time I tried to kiss my old man goodbye at the train station and ended up smackin’ him in the nose with my purse. We still laugh about that to this day.
