Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with this left-handed Spider Tour putter, and I wanted to share my experience. First off, I went to the local golf shop, just browsing, you know? Then I saw it – the Spider Tour, but the left-handed version. I’m a lefty, so I was immediately interested. I picked it up, and the first thing I noticed was the weight distribution.

It felt balanced. Seriously, it was like the putter knew what I wanted it to do. I tried a few practice strokes, and I could feel the difference. The guys at the shop mentioned something about “TSS weights” that help with this. So I spent some time comparing it with other putters. I tried some with a lot of “toe hang” and others that were “face balanced,” just like a friend advised me, but the Spider Tour just felt right.

I decided to buy it and took it to the course. This is where the fun began. I started practicing on the putting green. I lined up my putts, and the feel was incredible. The ball rolled smoothly off the face. I played a full round, and my putting was noticeably better. I mean, I was sinking putts I usually miss. My buddies were surprised, and a couple of them even tried it out. They liked the feel, too. We finished the round, and I was convinced. This putter is a game-changer. The black finish also looks great, by the way, which is a nice bonus.

The next day, I went back to the range to practice some more. I wanted to see if it was just a fluke or if the putter was really that good. I spent a couple of hours putting, trying different distances and angles. The consistency was there. I was making more putts than ever before. I even tried a few trick shots, just for fun, and they were going in, too!

Details I Noticed

  • Balance: This putter feels so balanced in my hands. I think those TSS weights they talk about really make a difference.
  • Smooth Roll: The ball just rolls so smoothly. I think it’s because of that Pure Roll insert they put in these.
  • Look: I got the all-black version. It looks super clean, and the lack of a sightline helps me focus better.

So, that’s my experience with the left-handed Spider Tour putter. It’s been a blast using it, and I feel like my putting has improved a lot. If you’re a lefty looking for a new putter, I’d say give this one a try. It might just be what you’re looking for.
