So today I tried something called “Just Bleed,” which is a simple but effective way to deal with those annoying nicks and cuts.

First, I grabbed some tissue paper. Yep, just regular old tissue paper, the kind you use for gift wrapping or blowing your nose. I tore off a small piece, maybe an inch square, but you can adjust it depending on the size of the cut.
Then, I ran some cold water over the cut. I mean, not freezing, just cool enough to help clean it out a bit. Plus, it kind of helps with the stinging, you know?
Next, I took that little square of tissue paper and placed it right over the cut. I held it there for a few minutes, just applying a bit of pressure. Nothing crazy, just enough to make sure it was sticking.
The key here is to wait. You gotta let it sit there for a little bit. I checked my phone, scrolled through some social media, and before I knew it, about five minutes had passed.
Finally, I peeled off the tissue paper. And guess what? The bleeding had stopped! I mean, it wasn’t completely healed, but the bleeding was definitely gone. There might be a little bit of dried blood or tissue stuck on there, but don’t pick at it!

I gave it another rinse with some cool water, just to get any loose stuff off, and then patted it dry.
- Get tissue paper
- Clean the cut with water
- Apply tissue to the cut and hold
- Wait for a while
- Remove tissue and rinse again
It’s such a simple trick, but it works like a charm. So next time you get a little cut, give it a try. You might be surprised at how well this “Just Bleed” method works!
And that was my “Just Bleed” adventure for today. It wasn’t exactly a wild ride, but hey, sometimes it’s the little things that make a big difference.
