Alright, so picture this: I’m a huge wrestling fan, right? And not just any wrestling, I’m talking about WWE. So, when I heard that RAW was coming to Raleigh in 2024, I just knew I had to be there. It’s not every day you get to see your heroes (and villains!) in the flesh.
The date was set for March 18th. I marked it on my calendar, circled it, highlighted it, you name it. I was pumped. I started looking up everything I could about the event. When did the doors open? What time did the show start? I had to plan this out to the minute.
- First off, I found out the show was gonna kick off at 8 PM EST and run till about 10 PM. That’s a solid two hours of action.
- But then I read somewhere that these things can go over by like 5 or 10 minutes. Gotta factor that in, especially if you’re recording. Don’t want to miss the end of a main event!
The day finally rolled around and I was like a kid on Christmas morning. I got to the venue early, of course. Gotta soak it all in, you know? The atmosphere, the fans, the anticipation… it’s electric.
I got there and saw The New Day, Jey Uso, Raquel Rodriguez, and so many others. It was awesome! They put on one heck of a show.
So, yeah, that was my adventure going to see WWE RAW in Raleigh. It was a blast, and I’d do it all over again in a heartbeat. If you ever get a chance to go to a live event, do it! Trust me, it’s worth every penny.
