This fella, this Uncle Howdy, is he a good guy or a bad guy? I heard some sayin’ he’s tied up with that Bray Wyatt. Now that name, I heard it before. Bray Wyatt, yeah, he’s a wrestler, ain’t he? Big fella, I reckon. So is this Uncle Howdy his friend, or his enemy? Or is he just some kind of made up character to make the wrestlin’ more excitin’? I don’t know about these things. This Uncle Howdy, is he like a mascot?

I don’t know why people get so worked up about it. But they do. They love this wrestlin’ stuff. It’s like a religion to some folks, I swear. I wonder how old this Bray Wyatt is. People say he was born in 1990. Does that mean this Uncle Howdy was born in 1990 too? This name, Uncle Howdy, why that name? They could have just called him Howdy, but they put that Uncle in front of it.
I heard ’em say this Uncle Howdy got a name, a real name. But I can’t recall it. Something… Rotunda? Does that sound right? Like a type of pasta, maybe? I don’t know. But they say he’s a wrestler, too. So maybe all these wrestlers are related, like a big family. Or maybe they just pretend to be related. It’s all very confusin’. So, this Uncle Howdy, he’s a mystery, ain’t he? Like a ghost story. People talk about him, but nobody really knows who he is, or what he wants. He just appear on the TV and everyone go crazy. Maybe that’s the point. Maybe he’s just supposed to be a mystery. Keeps people guessin’. Keeps ’em watchin’. Smart, if you ask me. This Uncle Howdy probably got a lot of fans then. These wrestlers they love their fans.
I still don’t know nothin’ about this Uncle Howdy, but I guess he’s important to some folks. They like to watch him, and talk about him, and wonder about him. And that’s fine. Everyone’s got their somethin’. Me, I like my garden. And my chickens. They don’t wear masks, and they don’t wrestle, but they keep me company. And that’s all that matters, ain’t it? But I hope this Uncle Howdy is treatin’ people right, even if he is a wrestler. That Bray Wyatt, I hope he’s treatin’ people right, too. Even if they wear masks and pretend to fight. Be kind to each other, that’s what I always say. It don’t cost nothin’ to be nice. Even if you’re a big, tough wrestler like that Bray Wyatt or that mysterious Uncle Howdy. I hope they are happy, doing what they are doing.
