Okay, so I’ve been messing around with this game, Clash of Clans, right? And I got to Town Hall level 9. I was getting wrecked left and right, so I knew I had to do something about my attack strategies. I tried a bunch of stuff, but these two worked best for me.
Dragons and Balloons
First up, I went with a classic air attack. I trained up 10 Dragons, because who doesn’t love dragons? They’re awesome and do a ton of damage. But they’re kinda slow, so I also trained 4 Balloons. These guys go straight for the defenses, which is super helpful.
For spells, I cooked up 8 or 9 Lightning Spells. Zap, zap, zap! These are great for taking out those pesky air defenses. Sometimes I’d bring a Poison Spell too, just to slow down any enemy troops or heroes.
I used this strategy a lot when I noticed the base had weak air defenses. I’d drop the Lightning Spells on the air defenses first, then unleash the Dragons. While the Dragons were tanking, I’d send in the Balloons to finish off the defenses. Worked like a charm most of the time. The whole army took about 32 minutes to train, not bad at all!
LavaLoon
Another air strategy I used was something called LavaLoon. This one’s a bit trickier, but super effective if you do it right. Basically, you use a Lava Hound to soak up damage, and a bunch of Balloons to do the heavy lifting.
I used this strategy when I saw that the base had strong air defenses, but they were spread out. I learned that LavaLoon is a bit more advanced, but once I got the hang of it, it was pretty sweet. I’d send in the Lava Hound first, and once the defenses were locked onto it, I’d deploy my Balloons. I felt like a real pro using this one!
It took me a while to get the hang of these strategies, and there was a lot of trial and error. I watched a few videos, read some guides, and practiced a lot. Eventually, I started winning more attacks and getting more loot. It was a good feeling, seeing all that practice pay off.
So yeah, if you’re struggling at TH9, give these strategies a try. They worked for me, and they might work for you too. Just remember to be patient, keep practicing, and have fun!
