The Key: A Vehicle and a Specific Hill

- The Hill: You need a specific kind of hill – one that’s kinda steep and has a little lip at the top. Think of it like a natural ramp. I found a good one near Pochinki.
Next, positioning the car is super important. I tried a bunch of angles, and here’s what worked:
- Drive straight at the hill at a decent speed, not too fast, not too slow.
- As you get to the top, right before you hit the lip, crank the wheel hard to one side. I usually went left.
- At the same time as cranking the wheel, hit the handbrake (emergency brake).
What this does is make the car kinda flip and launch. It’s not pretty, but that’s the point.
Fine-Tuning the Launch
Now, the first few times, I either just rolled over or barely got any air. Here’s what I adjusted:
- Speed: Too slow, and you just stop. Too fast, and you crash. Find that sweet spot.
- Angle: The sharper the angle you turn the wheel, the more sideways you’ll go. Experiment with what gives you the best lift.
- Handbrake Timing: Hit it just as you crest the hill. Too early, and you slow down too much. Too late, and you just crash straight ahead.
After about an hour of trying, I finally got a decent launch! Flew maybe 50-100 meters. Not huge, but way more than just driving normally.
The Outcome
Honestly, it’s more for fun than practical. You’re super vulnerable in the air, and landing is rough. But it’s hilarious to see your character ragdoll through the air. I managed to land on top of a building once, which was pretty cool.
