Okay, so I was chilling on the couch today, looking for something to do, and I remembered my grandma used to love crossword puzzles. I figured, why not give it a shot? I’d heard of those “hang in the air” crosswords, and they sounded interesting, so I decided to try one.

First, I grabbed my phone and just started searching for, like, “free online crossword puzzles.” There were a bunch of websites, most of them looked pretty sketchy, frankly. After clicking around I found one finally. I picked a random puzzle that labeled “hang in the air crossword”.
I started by, you know, just reading the clues. Some of them were super easy, like “a baby cat”. Others were a lot tougher. I work on those clue for a while.
My “Hang in the Air” Process
- Scanning: I started with looked at all the clues, from top to bottom, just to get an overview.
- Easy Wins: I filled in any answers I knew right away. Get those easy points, you know?
- Thinking the Connections: The “hang in the air” part is where I spent some serious time. I saw some answer which is not that easy.
- Filling: After got enough connections, I started to put those words into the grid.
- Double-Checking: Once I thought I had it all, I went back over every word, every connection, just to make sure it all made sense.
It took me, I don’t know, maybe an hour, it is very interesting. It was actually kind of fun, and I felt pretty good after I finished it. Might have to make this a regular thing!
