But then I got curious about the whole “NCAA-designated major selectors” thing. Turns out, they’ve chosen Georgia as a national champion eight times! Including 1920, that’s way back.
Dug a bit deeper, reading about their recent wins. They won back-to-back in 2022 and 2023. Beat the Alabama Crimson Tide and the TCU Horned Frogs. Huge, right? That got me watching some old game highlights, which was a blast from the past.
