Okay, so I’ve been diving deep into Genshin Impact lately, and with the 4.6 update, there are a bunch of new events. I figured I’d walk through what I did to tackle them and maybe help some folks out.

Getting Started
First thing I did was, obviously, update the game. Took a bit, but my internet’s pretty decent, so it wasn’t too painful. Once that was done, I logged in and, boom, the event notices popped up.
“Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness” Event
This one’s the main event, it seems. The name’s a mouthful, I know! I started by going to the event location marked on the map. It’s pretty straightforward – you just follow the quest markers.
- Talk to the NPCs: There are a bunch of characters there, and you gotta chat with them to kick things off.
- The Music Game: This part’s fun! It’s like a rhythm game. I messed up a few times at first, hitting the wrong notes, but I got the hang of it. Practice makes perfect, right?
- Extreme Encore! A new feature to get more rewards. I could adjust some settings to get double rewards, It’s pretty cool.
- Collect the Rewards: After each stage, you get rewards. Don’t forget to claim them! Primogems, yay!
“Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy” Event
Next one is about a game mode “Windtrace”, I love it! It’s a classic game.
- Join as Rebel or Hunter: You can be the one hiding, or the one doing the finding.
- Collect Windtrace Coins: Get all rewards, it’s easy.
“Specially-Shaped Saurian Search” Event
This one seemed a bit different. It involved finding and battling some special lizards. Sounded cool, so I jumped in.
- Find the Lizards: The game gives you hints about where to find them. I had to do some exploring, which was kinda fun.
- Battle Time: Once you find them, it’s battle time. They’re a bit tougher than normal enemies, so I had to use my best team.
- Buff my team: Make battle easier by bringing characters to get buffs.
- Claim the Rewards: More rewards! I’m always happy to get more stuff.
“Overflowing Mastery” Event
This one’s simple but super useful, especially if you’re like me and always need more materials to level up talents.

- Double Drops: Basically, you get double the rewards from Talent Domains. I ran those domains like crazy!
- Limited Times: You only get a few double drops each day, so I made sure to use them all.
Overall Thoughts, My record
These 4.6 events are pretty neat, and give player a chance to get some easy rewards. I spent a good chunk of time playing through them, and I’m still not completely done. It’s a good way to keep things interesting in the game, I did enjoy it.
My record is that I have got all rewards from “Iridescent Arataki Rockin’ for Life Tour de Force of Awesomeness” event and “Windtrace: Seekers and Strategy” event. But others are still processing.
