Okay, so I’ve been messing around with NBA 2K23, specifically trying to get some custom stadium stuff going. I saw some chatter online about the Nuggets stadium files, and figured, why not give it a shot? I’m not the most tech-savvy person, but I can usually figure things out with enough poking around.

First thing I did was spend like, an hour just searching for the files. I kept seeing people talk about them, but finding a good, safe download? Total pain. It felt like I was going in circles. I did not know where to start!
Finally, I found a forum post that seemed legit. It had a file shared by what seemed like a regular user. I’m always a little sketched out by random downloads, so I made sure my antivirus was up to date before I even clicked anything. Better safe than sorry, you know?
After I downloaded, my next issue was how to place the files. I found a lot of different suggestions and some of the older posts were out of date. I was really confused. I wanted some advice and instruction.
I found this forum post that had it down to the basics and made sense with the game file location. I backed up everything first, because I was scared to make a mistake and mess something up. Then, I put the files where they are supposed to go.
I launched the game. I held my breath. I went to play a game with the Nuggets, and…boom! There it was. The custom court, looking all shiny and new. It felt awesome to actually see it working after all that hassle.

- Find a good download source.
- Back up everything.
- Proper file placement!
It’s not exactly rocket science, I realized that getting these mods going is mostly just about finding the right files and following instructions carefully. I spent a good chunk of my afternoon on it, but hey, now I’ve got a sweet custom court. Worth it!
