Okay, so, I’ve been playing a ton of Dota 2 lately, and I gotta say, figuring out which heroes are good right now is a real pain. So, I decided to make my own tier list. I started by just playing a bunch of games, trying out different heroes, you know, just getting a feel for things.
Then, I started looking at sites that keep track of hero stats. Nothing fancy, I promise. This helped me see which heroes are actually winning games and which ones are, well, not so much. After that, I focused on the recent changes. Like, which heroes got buffed and which ones got nerfed, because that can totally change the game, right?
Next, I started sorting heroes by their roles. You know, your Position 1 Carry heroes, they’re the ones that start weak but get super strong later on. Like, most of them have some way to farm gold and experience really fast. Anyway, I made a list for each role, putting the best heroes at the top and the not-so-great ones at the bottom.
My Dota 2 Tier List
Position 1 (Carry)
- S Tier: These are the heroes that are just crushing it right now. They’re strong, they farm fast, and they can carry the whole team.
- A Tier: These heroes are also really good, but maybe not as overpowered as the S Tier ones.
- B Tier: These are decent picks, they can work well in the right situation.
- C Tier: These heroes are a bit weaker, I started to feel like I was struggling with these.
- D Tier: Honestly, I’d avoid these for now.
And I did the same thing for all the other positions too. You got your Position 2 Mid heroes, your Position 3 Offlaners, and your Position 4 and 5 Supports. Oh, and one thing I learned is that Bounty Hunter is pretty awesome right now. He can track enemies, make them take more damage, and even show you how much gold they have! Plus, he gets bonus gold if the tracked enemy dies.
It took a while, but I finally finished my tier list! I tried to make my list easy to use, so you can quickly see which heroes are good in each role. Of course, the meta is always changing, so I’ll probably have to update this thing again soon. But for now, it’s a pretty good guide to what’s working in Dota 2, at least from what I’ve seen. Oh well, hope it helps someone out there!
