My Little Search About Joe Mauer and His Wife
Okay, so the other day, I was just kinda scrolling through some old sports photos I had saved. Found a bunch from the Minnesota Twins days. And naturally, that got me thinking about Joe Mauer. What a player he was, right? Smooth swing, solid behind the plate.
Then I started wondering, what’s he doing now? Retired life treating him okay? And you know, the next thought that popped into my head was about his family. Yeah, confirmed it pretty fast. He married Maddie Bisanz. Turns out, they were high school sweethearts, which is kinda neat. Met way back at Cretin-Derham Hall High School. You don’t hear that too often with the big stars.
I kept digging just a little bit more, curious now. Found out they tied the knot back in December 2012. Makes sense, timing-wise, during his playing career.
