Well now, let me tell ya, there’s been a lotta chatter ’round here ’bout Bud Light and them Dallas Cowboys. Some folks been thinkin’ that Bud Light’s got themselves all hooked up with the Cowboys, but that ain’t the case at all. Nope, no official sponsorship ‘twixt the Cowboys and Bud Light. It’s a real surprise, I tell ya. Bud Light, as you mighta heard, is the official beer partner for the NFL, but they ain’t teamed up with every single team. In fact, them Cowboys ain’t even on the list of teams they sponsor. I reckon the Cowboys must be one of them few teams that stays clear of Bud Light’s can labels.
Now, you might be thinkin’, “But Grandma, ain’t Bud Light the beer everyone’s talkin’ about?” And I’d say, “Yep, that’s right, sugar.” Bud Light is mighty big in the world of football, with them cans bein’ all flashy with NFL team logos, but the Cowboys? Nope, not on them cans. As of now, them 28 teams outta the 32 in the NFL got their logos on Bud Light’s special cans. And let me tell ya, those cans sure do look fine, but the Cowboys ain’t part of the deal. It’s like havin’ a fancy party but leavin’ one of the guests out, ain’t it?
Now, you might be wonderin’, “If Bud Light don’t got the Cowboys, who does?” Well, don’t you worry, the Cowboys have got themselves a sponsor already. It’s none other than Miller Lite! They’re the official beer for the Dallas Cowboys. So, every time you see them Cowboys out on the field, don’t be lookin’ for a Bud Light can; it’s likely you’ll see a Miller Lite one instead. Miller Lite’s got a whole lotta teams under their belt, includin’ the Green Bay Packers, the Chicago Bears, and yes, them Dallas Cowboys, too.
But even though Bud Light ain’t got the Cowboys, they ain’t exactly sittin’ back. Bud Light’s gone ahead and made special cans for 24 other NFL teams. This here is part of their “Easy to Sunday” campaign, where they make it easy for folks to support their favorite teams while sippin’ on a cold one. It’s a real sight, you know, seein’ all them logos splashed on them cans. But them Cowboys? Nope, not a can to be found with their star on it.
Now, I ain’t sayin’ Bud Light ain’t tryin’. They’ve even teamed up with some big NFL stars like Dak Prescott, the Cowboys’ quarterback. In fact, they’ve gone and made an ad with him, called “Lawn Lines with Dak Prescott.” But that’s just an ad, don’t get it twisted. Ain’t no official sponsorship between the Cowboys and Bud Light, even though they’re workin’ with Dak Prescott to get them folks watchin’ the ads and talkin’ ’bout it all.
And shoot, even ol’ Emmitt Smith, the big-time former Cowboys player, done got himself involved with Bud Light for one of them NFL campaigns. Bud Light’s sure got a lotta big names tied up with ‘em, even if them Cowboys ain’t on the official beer sponsor list. I reckon they know what they’re doin’, though, since they’ve got a deal with the NFL, even if the Cowboys ain’t part of it.
So, if you’re out there lookin’ for a Bud Light can with that star logo on it, you’re gonna be outta luck. But don’t you worry none, because Miller Lite’s got the Cowboys covered. Ain’t it somethin’ how them beer companies be fightin’ over who gets to sponsor what? It’s like watchin’ a game of tug-of-war with cans of beer, if you ask me!
At the end of the day, folks is still gonna be enjoyin’ their cold drinks while watchin’ them Cowboys on the field, whether it’s Bud Light or Miller Lite. So, grab yer drink, sit back, and enjoy the game, no matter whose can you got in your hand!
