Okay, so the other day, I was doing my usual crossword puzzle, and I stumbled upon this clue: “diet heavy on the meats”. To be honest, I was stumped for a bit. I mean, I eat a lot of meat, but I don’t really keep track of diet names.
So, I started by thinking about the most common diets I could think of. You know, like, low-carb, high-protein and all of that. The first thing that poped in my head was maybe “Atkins?” or “Keto?”.
I tried “Atkins” first. Nope, didn’t fit. Too short. Then I went with “Keto”, It has four letters, also wrong… I was getting a little frustrated, so I decided to take a different approach. I thought, “What are some words associated with meat-heavy diets?”
Brainstorm time!
- Paleo?
- Carnivore?
- Protein?
I figured “Paleo” was a good one to try. I remember that one being all about eating like cavemen, which, you know, probably involved a lot of meat. And bingo! “Paleo” It is the correct answer! It worked perfectly.
So there you have it. That’s how I figured out the answer to “diet heavy on the meats” in my crossword. Sometimes, you just gotta think around the problem a little bit, you know?
