Okay, so I wanted to mess around with something completely random today, and the names “CM Punk” and “Sheamus” popped into my head. I decided to see what I could do with them, maybe make something cool, I don’t know. It was totally on a whim.
First, I brainstormed. What could I even do with these two? They’re wrestlers, right? So, I thought maybe I could try creating some kind of… I don’t know, a face-off graphic? Or a mock fight poster? Yeah, that sounded kind of fun.
Getting Started
- First, I grabbed some pictures. Just did a quick search and saved a few images of each guy. I wasn’t too picky, just wanted something clear and, you know, somewhat intimidating.
- Then, I fired up this image editing program I have. It’s nothing fancy, but it gets the job done.
The Messy Middle
This is where things got a little… experimental. I dragged the pictures into the editor and started playing around.
- I resized them, moved them around, trying to make them look like they were facing each other.
- Tried some different backgrounds. A fiery one? Nah, too cliché. A plain black one? Boring. I settled on something in between, kind of a smoky grey.
- Then I added some text. “CM Punk vs. Sheamus” seemed obvious. I played with the fonts a bit – big, bold, something that looked like it belonged on a wrestling poster.
Finishing Touches
After a lot of tweaking and adjusting, I had something that looked… okay. It wasn’t going to win any awards, but it was kind of cool in a rough, homemade way.
I saved my work! Then I just looked at the final file,I thought it’s pretty fun, I did it!
It was a fun little time-waster, and I actually kind of like how it turned out. Might do something like this again sometime!
