Okay, so, I’ve been messing around with NBA 2K23 lately, and let me tell you, I’ve been having a blast playing around with Chet Holmgren’s stats.
First off, I went straight into the player ratings. You know, where you see all those numbers that make a player good or bad? Chet’s overall rating was sitting at a measly 77. 77! Can you believe that? For a guy who averaged like 14.3, that’s just insulting.
So, I started tinkering. I went into the attributes section, where all the individual skills are listed. I bumped up his shooting, like, way up. I’m talking mid-range, three-pointers, all of it. I mean, the guy’s got a sweet stroke, right?
Then, I moved on to his defense. I boosted his block rating, his steal rating, and his interior defense. I made him into a beast! A real rim protector. After all, this is the Chet Holmgren that I see in my mind when I play NBA 2K23, not some watered-down version.
After that, I went wild with the badges. You know, those little perks that give players special abilities? I gave Chet all the shooting badges, all the defensive badges, even some playmaking badges. I turned him into a complete monster on the court.
My Chet Holmgren Build
Here’s the thing, I wanted to see what would happen if I pushed Chet to his absolute limits. So, I maxed out a bunch of his stats. I’m talking a 95 overall rating. I created the ultimate version of Chet Holmgren in NBA 2K24.
- Shooting: Maxed out. He’s basically automatic from anywhere on the court.
- Defense: Off the charts. He’s swatting shots left and right, locking down the paint.
- Playmaking: Surprisingly good. I gave him some passing skills so he could dish out assists, too.
I even checked out the dynamic duos, you know, those special boosts you get when certain players are on the court together? I paired Chet with some other stars and saw their stats go through the roof. It was insane!
After hours of tweaking, I finally stepped onto the court with my new and improved Chet Holmgren. And let me tell you, it was a whole different ball game. He was draining threes, dunking on fools, blocking shots like a madman. It was glorious!
I know, I know, it’s just a game. But hey, it’s fun to imagine what a player like Chet could become. And with a little bit of tinkering in NBA 2K, you can bring that vision to life. It made my day playing around with these settings.
