Well, I heard folks talkin’ ’bout that radio Kansas State football thing. Seems like everyone’s wantin’ to listen in on them games. I ain’t one for all that fancy technology, but I do like hearin’ how our boys are doin’. So, I asked around, you know, just to figure it all out.
First thing you gotta know is, where you at? If you’re around here, it is probably one station. If you somewhere else, it’s probably another one. It is just like plantin’ seeds, gotta be in the right place to get the best results, ya know?
Someone said somethin’ ’bout a “multiyear broadcast partnership.” Lord knows what that means. Sounds complicated. I reckon it just means they got a deal to play them games on the radio for a while. And somethin’ called “Audacy” and “K-State athletics”. Fancy words, ain’t they? They are probably just some big shots makin’ all the decisions.
I heard someone say “Kansas State football games” is what you gotta look for. That makes sense. And somethin’ about catchin’ every game of the “2024 Kansas State football.” Well, I sure hope our boys do good this year! We all be rootin’ for ’em. We are proud of our Kansas State football team. We hope they can win more games.

These are some of the radio stations I heard folks talkin’ about. Seems like a lot, don’t it? Just gotta find the right one, I reckon.
Now, this here part gets a little tricky. They say there’s somethin’ called “Sirius XM” radio station. It is like a radio but from the sky, probably. And that you gotta tune in to “channel 83” if you’re an “Arizona fan”. It is all a bit much for me, but I guess if you wanna hear the game, you gotta do what you gotta do. This is for the “Arizona vs. Kansas State” game, whoever they are.
Someone said somethin’ ’bout a “live radio broadcast.” That just means you’re hearin’ it as it’s happenin’, I suppose. Like sittin’ right there in the stands, but without all the crowd and the noise. And it is for the “Kansas State/Iowa State” game. I do not know who they are.
And then there is “home or away feed”. I guess that means you can choose to listen to the folks talkin’ ’bout the home team or the away team. It is like choosin’ between your own garden and your neighbor’s, I suppose.
Someone mentioned a bunch of these radio stations, all with different names. It is like pickin’ out which seeds to plant. You gotta know what you’re lookin’ for. This one says radio Kansas State football, so that is the important part. Football is a good game. I like it.
I hear them young folks talkin’ ’bout “tags” too. “Football,” “El Dorado High School,” “College football,” “Kansas State University,” “Iowa State University,” “Radio.” It is like labels on jars, I suppose. Helps you find what you’re lookin’ for. We need to find radio Kansas State football.
So, there you have it. That is what I learned about that radio Kansas State football. It ain’t as simple as it used to be, but I guess nothin’ is these days. Just gotta find the right station, and you’re good to go. If you have a radio, you can find it.
I remember back in my day, we just had one radio station, and we were lucky to get it! But now there are so many. It’s like having a whole field of crops to choose from, instead of just a small garden patch.
This new fangled radio contraption sure is somethin’ else. They say you can get stations from all over the place. It’s like magic, almost. But sometimes I think it’s all a bit too much. Keep it simple, that’s what I say.
Anyway, I hope this helps you figure out how to listen to them Kansas State football games. It is a good game. It is exciting. I like it. Our boys work hard, and they deserve all the support they can get. We will always support them. Go, team!
