Okay, so I’ve been hooked on this mobile game called Monopoly Go lately. It’s like the classic board game, but with a bunch of extra events and stuff going on. There’s this thing called the Captain’s Quest event that started yesterday, May 25th, and it’s only going for two days. I figured, why not try to get as many rewards as possible?
I logged in and saw that the event has 50 milestones. 50! That’s a lot. But the prizes seemed pretty sweet. Apparently, you can earn up to 13,845 dice rolls. Dice rolls are super important in this game because that’s how you move around the board and, you know, actually play. I definitely wanted a bunch of those.
I started playing and tried to focus on landing on the tiles that would give me points for the Captain’s Quest event. It wasn’t always easy, but I was making progress. One cool thing I noticed was that you could also get pickaxes for some Sunken Treasures dig event. I didn’t really focus on that, but it was a nice bonus.
My Strategy
- Focus on event tiles: I made sure to prioritize landing on tiles that gave points specifically for Captain’s Quest.
- Use dice wisely: I tried not to waste dice rolls on turns that wouldn’t get me closer to an event tile.
- Play consistently: Since the event is only for two days, I knew I had to play regularly to hit all those milestones.
I played for a good chunk of the day, and I managed to hit quite a few milestones. I didn’t get all the way to 50, but I was pretty happy with what I earned. I got a ton of extra dice rolls, which will be super helpful for future events. Plus, I got those pickaxes for the digging thing, so that’s cool too.
Overall, it was a fun event. I like that Monopoly Go keeps things interesting with these limited-time things. It definitely keeps me coming back to the game. If you’re playing Monopoly Go, I’d recommend checking out the Captain’s Quest event before it ends. Even if you don’t hit all the milestones, you can still get some pretty good rewards. Just watch out, those two days go by fast!
