Places like Jupiter or Tequesta are absolutely crawling with pro golfers too, seems like half the tour lives there, so that wouldn’t surprise me one bit. You know how it is, these guys make good money, maybe they have a couple of spots? One for practice in the winter, one for family, who really knows.
It gets tricky trying to figure out the official residence versus just where someone spends a lot of time training or hanging out. Is it where they get their mail sent for tax reasons, or where they actually, you know, live live most of the year?
What I Think Now
So after poking around for maybe 15-20 minutes, reading through different bits and pieces online, here’s what I gathered:
- Sea Island, Georgia comes up a lot historically. Seems like it was definitely his base, or at least one of them, for a good chunk of time. Still might be connected there.
- Tequesta, Florida also gets mentioned quite a bit, especially in more recent stuff. Could be a newer primary place, or maybe a second home near other golfers for practice? Hard to say for sure from the outside looking in.
- He’s originally from South Carolina, went to Clemson University right there, so his roots are strong in SC, but doesn’t seem like where he lives full-time now based on what I found.
Honestly, pinning down the exact current address for guys like Glover isn’t always easy, and maybe it shouldn’t be. They travel constantly for the tour, they might move seasonally, information online isn’t always updated super fast or might be plain wrong. But from my little search session, Sea Island and Tequesta seem like the most common answers floating around out there. That’s the best I could figure out just clicking around the web for a bit.
