Well, folks, let me tell ya, this game between Arsenal and PSV Eindhoven was something else! Arsenal went all out in the Champions League, and they sure showed PSV what they’re made of. Now, we’ve all been waiting for this, huh? Arsenal coming back to the big league after so long. They didn’t disappoint one bit, beating PSV 4-0! Here’s how the players did in the game. Grab a seat, it’s gonna be a long one.

1. Ramsdale (Arsenal Goalkeeper) – 8/10
Now, Ramsdale, he didn’t have too much to do in this match, but the little he had to do, he did it well. When PSV tried to get a shot on goal, he was there, calm as can be. If you ask me, that boy’s got good hands. You wouldn’t even know if he was nervous or not. Solid as a rock.
2. Ben White (Right Back) – 7/10
Ben White, oh, he had himself a good game. Not too much fuss, but steady. You know, he’s the kind of fella who doesn’t always shine, but you know he’s doing his job. Got up and down that wing without making too much noise. PSV didn’t really get past him much. That’s what you need in a right back, I tell ya.
3. William Saliba (Center Back) – 9/10

Now, if I had to pick someone who stood out, it’s Saliba. This lad was all over the place! Every time PSV thought they could break through, he was there, sweeping things up. He was like a brick wall in the back. You don’t get many like him around. Made a few clearances that saved Arsenal from some real trouble.
4. Gabriel Magalhães (Center Back) – 8/10
Gabriel wasn’t far behind his partner, Saliba. He put in a strong performance. PSV tried a few times to get past him, but he was having none of it. He used his strength well, clearing the ball when needed, and just generally making sure no one got too close to that goal. Good work from him.
5. Oleksandr Zinchenko (Left Back) – 7/10
Zinchenko was decent, though not the loudest on the pitch. He got forward when he needed to and kept PSV from getting too much joy on his side. You can’t ask for much more from your left-back, can you? He did his bit and kept things ticking along.

6. Declan Rice (Midfield) – 9/10
Rice! Oh, let me tell you, that boy is something special. The way he controlled the midfield, it was like he was born to do it. He wasn’t just tackling, no. He was spreading the ball out wide, keeping possession, and making sure PSV didn’t get any chances to counterattack. He was all over the field, working harder than anyone else. Real leader.
7. Martin Ødegaard (Midfield) – 8/10
Ødegaard, he had a quiet game by his standards, but when he did have the ball, you could see he was thinking ahead. Played some lovely passes, and he’s always in the right spot at the right time. A real class act. When he’s on the ball, you just know something’s going to happen.
8. Kai Havertz (Midfield) – 7/10

Now, Havertz, he’s still adjusting, ain’t he? But in this game, he did alright. Didn’t do anything too flashy, but you could see he was trying to get into the game. Had a couple of nice touches, and was involved in a few of the passes that got the ball moving forward. Could’ve been better, but I reckon he’s still finding his feet.
9. Bukayo Saka (Winger) – 9/10
Saka, well, that young lad is just brilliant. Every time he got the ball, you knew something was coming. PSV just couldn’t handle him. He’s got that quick footwork and the ability to pick out passes or take on defenders. That’s a player you want on your team. He was absolutely everywhere!
10. Gabriel Martinelli (Winger) – 7/10
Martinelli didn’t have his best game, but he wasn’t terrible either. He did try, and he did get stuck in. The PSV defense didn’t give him too much space, and he had to work hard to find his chances. But overall, he could’ve been more effective. Still, a decent outing.

11. Eddie Nketiah (Forward) – 6/10
Now, Nketiah, bless his heart, he had some chances, but just couldn’t make them count. There were a couple of times when he should’ve buried the ball in the back of the net, but it didn’t happen. You can see he’s trying, but sometimes it just doesn’t fall right. Maybe next time, eh?
Player of the Match: Bukayo Saka
Now, I reckon you all knew this one already! Saka was the standout player. He was a constant threat to PSV, and his pace, skill, and vision were second to none. If anyone deserved that player of the match, it was him. No doubt about it.
So there you go, folks. Arsenal were ruthless against PSV, and each of ‘em played their part. PSV had no answers, and Arsenal showed ‘em how it’s done. 4-0, in the bag! If you ask me, that’s a proper start to the Champions League campaign. Let’s see where this team goes from here!
