Today, I decided to dig into this “Alcaraz coaching” thing. I mean, the guy’s a beast on the court, so I figured there must be some gold in how he’s trained, right?
First, I just started googling around. You know, “Alcaraz coaching techniques,” “Alcaraz training regimen,” stuff like that. Just trying to get a feel for what’s out there.
Then I found some articles, I watched some of his training videos, that’s a real eye opener. The intensity is insane!
- High-intensity drills.
- Focus on footwork.
- And a lot of work on his mental game.
So, I tried to copy some of the footwork drills. Let me tell you, it’s way harder than it looks. I was stumbling around like a baby giraffe. But hey, gotta start somewhere, right?
I also spent some time just visualizing myself playing with that Alcaraz intensity. It sounds kinda silly, but I think it helps. Just picturing myself hitting those powerful shots, moving with that kind of speed… it gets you in the zone.
My Big Takeaways (So Far)
It ain’t about just hitting the ball hard. This is about:
- Moving your feet like your life depends on it.
- Building that mental toughness.
- And just straight-up grinding.
I’m nowhere near Alcaraz level, obviously. But I feel like I learned something today. Even incorporating a little bit of his training style into my own game… I think it’s gonna make a difference.
I am gonna keep working, keep *’s see how that will work.
