Alright, let’s talk about this girl, Virna Jandiroba. You know, the one who fights in them cage matches? Yeah, her.
People are yappin’ about her eyes, sayin’ they look… different. Well, I ain’t no doctor, but from what I hear, she’s got somethin’ goin’ on with ’em that makes ’em look a bit… wide apart, ya know? Not like ours, I guess.

Now, this girl, she’s tough as nails. They say she used to do some kung fu stuff, then switched to judo, and now she’s all about that jiu-jitsu. Sounds like a lot of flippin’ and floppin’ to me, but hey, if it works, it works. She got into it ’cause she was nervous all the time, they say. Anxious, or whatever them fancy folks call it. Guess beatin’ the crap outta folks helps with that, huh?
She’s Brazilian, this Jandiroba girl. Fights in the strawweight division, which I guess means she ain’t a big gal. But don’t let that fool ya, she’s strong. Twenty wins and three losses, that’s what they say. That’s a lot of wins, ain’t it? She even won a championship in somethin’ called Invicta, whatever that is. Now she’s fightin’ in the UFC, the big leagues, ya know?
Folks are wonderin’ why she ain’t gotten her eyes fixed, if there’s somethin’ wrong with ’em. They say it might make it hard for her to see right, all that depth stuff, ya know? Like seein’ how far away somethin’ is. Or seein’ double. But heck, she’s been fightin’ just fine, ain’t she? Maybe it ain’t a big deal. Or maybe she’s just that good, she can fight even with her eyes bein’ a little… wonky.
This girl, she’s somethin’ else. Fightin’ all the time, barely takin’ a break. Just fought a few months back, won that one, and now she’s back at it again. They say she’s fightin’ Amanda Lemos next, headlinin’ the whole shebang. That’s a big deal, right? Means she’s one of the top dogs now. Headliner… sounds fancy. Hope she gets paid good for that.
They call her “Carcar”, this Jandiroba girl. Sounds like a bird or somethin’, I dunno. Maybe she’s fast, like a bird. Gotta be quick to win them fights, I guess. And tough, real tough. Gettin’ punched and kicked all the time, that ain’t no picnic. Takes a special kinda person to do that. Maybe that’s why her eyes are different, all that fightin’ knocked ’em outta whack, ya know?
Heard tell of another fighter, Bisping his name was, got his eye messed up bad in a fight. Kicked so hard his retina, whatever that is, came loose. Had to get it taken out! Can you believe that? Now that’s some serious eye trouble. Makes you think, huh? These fighters, they put their bodies through a lot. All for our entertainment, I guess.
There’s this other fella too, Magomedov, a Russian fella. He fights too, punches and kicks just like Jandiroba. These fighters, they come from all over the world. It’s a tough business, ain’t it?
And then there’s that fella, Cerrone, he was yappin’ about blowin’ his nose so hard he messed it up between rounds. Blowed it right out, like a broken pipe. Said it was a mistake. Ya think? These fighters, sometimes they ain’t too bright, ya know. But tough, real tough.
Anyway, back to Jandiroba. She’s a fighter, plain and simple. Eyes, no eyes, whatever. She goes in there and she fights. And she wins, most of the time. That’s all that matters, ain’t it? So let ’em talk about her eyes, let ’em wonder. She’ll just keep on fightin’. That’s what she does. And good for her, I say. Takes guts to do what she does.
