Okay, so I was watching Jannik Sinner play the other day. The guy’s really something on the court. And while watching him move, I got fixated on his feet for some reason. Started wondering, what shoes is he actually wearing down there?

Figuring Out Sinner’s Kicks
My first thought was pretty straightforward. He’s plastered with Nike logos usually, right? So I assumed, gotta be Nike. That was the easy part.
So, I went to my computer. Opened up a search engine. Typed in something really basic, like “jannik sinner tennis shoes” or “what shoes does jannik sinner wear”. Just wanted to see what came up first.
Loads of results confirmed it. Nike. Everywhere. Okay, step one done. But Nike makes a whole bunch of different tennis shoes. Which specific ones were they?
Digging a Little Deeper
This is where I had to spend a bit more time. Knowing it’s Nike isn’t enough for a gear nerd like me. I wanted the exact model, you know?
I started searching for pictures. Specifically, recent photos from his matches. Found some good action shots. I literally zoomed in on the photos, trying to get a clear look at the shoes. Looking for shapes, logos, maybe some text on the heel or tongue, anything distinctive.

I mentally compared the shoe design in the photos to the current Nike tennis lineup. I know some of their models just by looking.
- Saw the usual Nike swoosh, of course.
- Noticed the overall silhouette and the pattern on the side.
- Tried to match it with stuff like the Cage, Vapor, or Zoom lines.
After scrolling through match photos and some fan forums where people talk about this stuff, I started seeing some consistency.
It looks like he was wearing the NikeCourt Air Zoom Zero quite a bit previously. Found many pictures where he clearly had those on.
But, looking at the most recent tournaments, the shoe seems different. The design matches up really well with the Nike Zoom Vapor 11. That seems to be his main shoe right now, based on what I could piece together from the pictures and recent gear discussions online.
Keep in mind, these pro players often get special versions, maybe custom colors or tiny modifications just for them. Player Exclusives, they call ’em sometimes. So, the ones he wears might have unique colors you can’t buy, but the underlying model appears to be the Zoom Vapor 11 most often nowadays.
So, that was my process. Started with a simple question, did some basic searching, then zoomed into photos and compared designs. Looks like the answer is mainly the NikeCourt Zoom Vapor 11. Gotta admit, they look pretty sharp.
