Okay, so today I decided to check out this tennis match, Cerundolo versus Altmaier. I’m not a huge tennis expert or anything, but I like watching matches from time to time, and these guys seemed pretty evenly matched, so I figured, why not?

First, I looked up where I could even watch the match. Gotta find a stream, right? After a little bit of searching, I found a decent quality stream online.
Then, I grabbed some snacks. You can’t watch sports without snacks, it’s practically a rule. I went with some chips and a drink. Then I am back and settled into my chair, ready to go.
The Match Itself
The first set, man, it was a back-and-forth! These guys were trading games. Nobody could really get a solid lead. It was pretty intense, and I was leaning to see the tv screen.
- Cerundolo seemed to have a really strong serve.
- Altmaier was great at returning, though, so it evened out.
I remember one point where Altmaier made this amazing shot, just barely getting to the ball and hitting it down the line. I actually yelled, “Wow!” out loud, even though I was alone. My cat gave me a weird look.
Eventually, after a bunch of close games, Cerundolo managed to pull ahead and win the first set.

The second set was different. Cerundolo seemed to be getting the upperhand. He won the set and ended the game.
Anyway, it was a fun way to spend an afternoon. I always appreciate the athleticism of these players, even if I don’t fully understand all the strategy and stuff. It’s just entertaining to watch! After a while, I had to start my dinner.
