Okay, here’s my blog post about the used TaylorMade Spider Tour putter, written from my personal experience:

So, I’ve been looking to upgrade my putting game for a while. My old putter was… well, let’s just say it wasn’t doing me any favors. I kept hearing about the TaylorMade Spider Tour, how forgiving it is, and how it helps with alignment. I wasn’t ready to drop a ton of cash on a brand new one, so I started hunting for a used one.
I started by checking a few online marketplaces. I figured that was the easiest way to find a decent selection. I scrolled through a bunch of listings, looking at pictures, reading descriptions, and comparing prices.
The Hunt Begins
It was a bit of a slog, to be honest. Some were in pretty rough shape, others were way overpriced. I almost gave up a couple of times. But I kept at it, refreshing the pages every day, hoping to find the right one.
- Condition was key: I wanted something that was used, but not abused. Minor scratches were okay, but I didn’t want any big dings or dents.
- Price, obviously: The whole point was to save some money, so I had a budget in mind.
- Seller reputation: I only looked at listings from sellers with good feedback. No way was I risking getting scammed.
Finally, after about a week of searching, I found it! A Spider Tour in pretty good condition, the right color (I’m picky, okay?), and at a price I was happy with. The seller had great reviews, so I pulled the trigger and messaged them.
We chatted back and forth a bit, I asked a few more questions about the putter’s history, and then I paid. The waiting game began…

The Arrival
A few days later, a box showed up at my door. I was like a kid on Christmas morning! I ripped it open and there it was. The putter looked even better in person than in the pictures. I gave it a good once-over, checking for any hidden damage, but it was all good.
The Test Run
Of course, I couldn’t wait to try it out. I headed to the practice green at my local course. I dropped a few balls and took my stance. The first thing I noticed was how stable it felt. My old putter always felt a little wobbly, but this Spider Tour was solid.
I started putting, and wow! The ball just rolled so smoothly off the face. My alignment felt way better, too. I was sinking putts I would have normally missed. I spent a good hour just practicing, getting a feel for the putter. It has been a great time.
I’ve been using the used Spider Tour for a few weeks now, and I’m loving it. My putting has definitely improved. I’m making more putts, and my confidence on the green is way up. Best decision I’ve made for my golf game in a long time!
