Okay, so I got really into this whole “Laura Sanko eyes” thing, and I just had to try it out myself. It’s all about that intense, focused look she gets, right? I figured, why not give it a shot and see if it changes how I feel or how people react to me.
Getting Started
First, I spent some time just watching videos of her. I mean, a lot of videos. I wanted to really study her eyes – how she narrows them, the way her brow slightly furrows, that little glint of determination.
Practicing the Look
- I started by just trying to mimic the basic shape. I’d stand in front of a mirror and try to narrow my eyes without looking like I was squinting too hard.
- Then I added in that slight furrow of the brow. This was tricky. Too much, and I just looked angry. Too little, and it didn’t have that intensity.
- I played around with the intensity. I’d try a softer version, then amp it up, trying to find that sweet spot where it felt powerful but not over-the-top.
Taking It Out into the World
Once I felt like I had a decent grasp of the look in the mirror, I started trying it out in everyday situations. I used when I was driving my car, When I am listening to my leaders, And used when I am walking around.
The Results?
Honestly, I felt different. I found it kind of focused my attention, especially when I was talking to someone. People were more serious with me.
So, is the “Laura Sanko eyes” thing real? I don’t know if it’s some magic trick, but for me, it was a fun experiment in how a small change in expression can make a big difference in how you feel and how you interact with the world. I’m definitely going to keep practicing it!
