Okay, so I saw this whole thing blowing up online about Deion Sanders and Jay Norvell, and I just had to dig in. It’s like, you can’t avoid it if you’re even remotely into college football.

First, I started by just watching the game. You know, Colorado versus Colorado State. It was intense! The energy was crazy, even through the TV.
What I did:
-
Watched a ton of YouTube videos. Seriously, there are so many breakdowns and analysis videos about this whole situation. I wanted to see the pre-game stuff, the post-game stuff, and everything in between.
-
Read a bunch of articles. I went to all the usual sports sites and even some blogs. I tried to get different perspectives, from die-hard Colorado fans to people who were just covering the story.
-
I even went deep into some comment sections. (I know, I know, dangerous territory!). But, I wanted to see what the average fan was saying. It was a mixed bag, for sure.
So here is the thing, Jay Norvell took some shots, at Deion and how he does interviewers, and let me tell you, Prime took it personal. He even gave the whole team sunglasses.

After all that, I formed my own opinion. It’s all part of the game, the hype, the rivalry. Do I think it was all necessary? Maybe not. But it definitely made the game more interesting, and it’s got everyone talking. Whether it’s good for college football in the long run, I’m not so sure. But it’s definitely entertaining for now!
At the end of the day, it is what is, another rivalry was formed that day.
