Okay, so I’ve been grinding away at Reverse: 1999, and let me tell you, figuring out which characters are worth your time is a real headache. I spent hours, maybe even days, messing around with different teams, trying to see who’s good and who’s, well, not so good. I made so many mistakes, wasted so many resources, that I decided to put together a simple tier list to save you all the same trouble.
First off, I started by just playing the game. I went through the story, did the events, you know, the usual stuff. As I pulled new characters, I started paying more attention to how they felt in battle. Were they hitting hard? Were they surviving? Were they helping the team? I mean, basic stuff, right?
Then, I began to write down every character’s name. I did some reading online, just to see what other players were saying. Found some forum posts, some articles, and it gave me a general idea, but honestly, a lot of it was confusing. So many fancy words and weird stats, so I just went back to playing.
I categorized them. I started grouping characters based on their roles like Damage Dealer, Support, Healer, all of that. Then I compared them within their groups. For example, I found myself using Centurion a lot. She just felt powerful, you know? She’s a real beast when it comes to dealing damage, especially for us newbies, she’s got a bit of everything in her kit. It’s so useful at the beginning of the game. So, she naturally went towards the top of my list.
After a lot of trial and error, I finally organized my list into different tiers. You know, like S-tier for the absolute best, A-tier for the really good ones, B-tier for the okay ones, and so on. It wasn’t easy, and I’m sure my list isn’t perfect, but it’s a good starting point, I think.
My Tier List
- S-Tier: These are the characters that I found to be the most powerful and useful overall. If you get one of these, you’re golden.
- A-Tier: These characters are also really strong, maybe just a little bit below S-tier.
- B-Tier: These are decent characters that can definitely hold their own, but they might not be your first choice.
- C-Tier: These characters are…well, they exist. They’re not terrible, but you probably won’t be using them much.
- D-Tier: Let’s just say you should probably avoid these guys unless you have a very specific strategy in mind.
It took a lot of time to create this tier list, but I hope it helps some of you out there. Just remember that this is just my opinion, based on my own experience. Your mileage may vary, as they say. And hey, if you disagree with me, that’s cool too! Just let me know in the comments, I’m always up for a good discussion.
Anyway, I’ve gotta get back to the game. Good luck with your pulls, and may the gacha gods be ever in your favor!
