Okay, so, let me tell you about my adventure with Payday 3 trophies. I saw some folks online talking about a guide, so I thought, “Why not give it a shot myself?” I mean, I’ve always been a bit of a completionist, you know? Gotta get that platinum!
First thing I did was just start playing the game normally. It came out on September 21st, I remember. I played a bunch of heists, got a feel for the gameplay, and then started looking into the specific trophies. I saw there are 23 of them in total. Some are gold, some silver, and then, of course, there’s that shiny platinum.
One that caught my eye was the “Tech Mogul” achievement. Man, that one was a doozy. It says you gotta secure both hi-tech devices at their maximum value on “99 Boxes” on Very Hard or above. So, I jumped into that heist and started with those outdoor guards, grabbing both phone hacks like it says. It took me a few tries, I won’t lie. The Very Hard difficulty is no joke, and above is even more difficult!
But you know what? I kept at it. I tried different tactics, learned the guard patrols, and finally, I managed to snag both of those devices at their max value. Man, the feeling when that trophy popped was amazing! 219 points, bam! I felt like a real pro.
Then I started browsing some guides to make my own guide! I mean, I don’t like to be a copycat, but it is helpful to gather some basic information. Then, it’s my turn! I can share my personal experiences and tactics. I was pretty surprised to learn that over 800 people already own this game in France. That’s a lot of heisters!
Then, I began to compare this game with other games. For example, in Cyberpunk 2077, there are also tons of trophies. I suddenly realized that I am indeed a trophy hunter! I have gotten all the trophies in Cyberpunk 2077, too. I began to think maybe I should just go ahead and finish all the trophies of Payday 3. It would be a long journey, but a fulfilling one!
So, that’s where I’m at now. I’ve got that one tough trophy down, and I’m feeling good. I’m gonna keep playing, keep trying different things, and hopefully, I’ll get that platinum eventually. It’s gonna be a grind, but hey, that’s part of the fun, right? And who knows, maybe I’ll even write my own detailed guide someday to help others out. We’ll see!
