Alright, so I’ve been watching this guy Asmongold on Twitch for a while now, right? I mean, the dude’s pretty well-known for his World of Warcraft streams. I started watching him when he was still doing his IRS thing back in 2012 or something. But I heard he quit that to take care of his mom. Good for him, family always comes first, you know?
Anyway, I’ve always been curious about his personal life. He’s just an average dude from Austin, Texas and he used to work for the IRS. He was planning to become a lawyer but then he didn’t. He’s got a business degree or something like that. His mom’s known as “Asmom”. Recently, I heard he started dating someone named Kaise. Good for him! I think they make a cute couple. I kind of found out about it from one of his streams or maybe it was a comment, I don’t really remember. It’s funny, isn’t it? He kept it under wraps for a while, I guess. He’s a pretty private guy.
So, I decided to look her up. Turns out, she’s also a streamer! Not as big as Asmongold, obviously. I mean, that guy was once the most-watched streamer on Twitch! I found out later that Asmongold was one of the owners of a couple of companies. I think they’re called Starforge Systems and OTK. I didn’t even know that! But recently, he said he’s stepping away from the companies. I’m not sure why, but I’m pretty sure it’s got to do with this whole Kaise thing. Maybe he wants to focus on her and their relationship? I don’t know. It’s just a guess.
This whole thing got me thinking, being a streamer is probably pretty lucrative. I mean, just look at Asmongold! He’s making bank. I tried streaming once, it’s not as easy as it looks. You gotta be entertaining, you gotta have charisma, and you gotta be really, really good at the game you’re playing. You need to have a lot of equipment to be able to become a streamer. And also, you need to find a company that’ll support your streaming career. It’s a little bit like finding an agent if you’re an actor or something. It’s not easy. I guess that’s why Asmongold is so successful.
Anyways, this whole thing is just something I wanted to share. I mean, it’s just wild, right? One day you’re working at the IRS, the next you’re a famous streamer dating another streamer. Life’s crazy like that. You never know what’s gonna happen.
So, yeah, I just felt like sharing my thoughts on this whole Asmongold and Kaise thing. It’s been on my mind for a while now, and I figured, why not write it down? I don’t really know what else to say, to be honest. I just hope they’re happy. That’s all that matters, right?
