Well, today I’m gonna talk about my little adventure with Kristin Austin. Sounds like a big shot, right? Let me tell you, it wasn’t all glitz and glamour, but it was definitely something.
It all started back in the early 2000s. I was messing around, doing my own thing, and I stumbled upon this thing about WWE. Yeah, the wrestling stuff. I wasn’t a big fan or anything, but I saw that Kristin was a ring announcer there. So, I thought, “Why not?” I reached out, just to see what’s up. We started chatting, nothing serious at first. Just two people shooting the breeze.
We met up a few times when I was on vacation with some other wrestlers. It was pretty chill, just hanging out, getting to know each other. We started dating, and things just kinda clicked between us. No big drama, no crazy stories, just two people enjoying each other’s company. We kept it low-key, you know? Not really telling anyone about it. It was our little secret.
Fast forward to 2009, and we decided to make it official. We tied the knot in a small, private ceremony. Nothing fancy, just us and a few close friends. We’ve been together for 15 years now, can you believe it? Time flies when you’re having fun, I guess.
Oh, and I also did this thing back in ’96. It was during a wrestling match, and this guy, Jake Roberts, was giving me a hard time with these religious promos. So, I took his thing, John 3:16, and flipped it on him. I came up with “Austin 3:16 says I just whipped your ass.” It was just a spur-of-the-moment thing, but it kinda stuck. People still talk about it today.
Here’s the breakdown if you’re more of a list person:
- Met Kristin: Early 2000s, through WWE.
- Started Dating: Kept it casual, hung out during vacations.
- Got Married: 2009, small ceremony, very private.
- Austin 3:16: 1996, turned a Bible verse into my own thing during a wrestling match.
Other Stuff
Kristin’s from Huntington Beach, California. We like to keep things simple. No big fuss, no drama. Just living our lives, enjoying the little things.
So, that’s my story about Kristin Austin. Not your typical Hollywood romance, but it’s real, and it’s ours. We’re just two regular people who found each other and made it work. And that Austin 3:16 thing? Well, that’s just a little piece of wrestling history that I’m kinda proud of. Keeps things interesting, you know?
